Returns Policy

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us, you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation E-mail, our system has properly processed your purchase and pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If, for some reason, your item happens to be out of stock or on back-order, we will reach out to you via E-mail and let you know about the status of your order so that you can confirm if you still want to proceed and wait for the item to become available or choose to order a different item of the same value. If your order's item(s) become available for shipping within five days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment process:

All orders take 5 to 10 business days to process the item. On a side note, a different processing time of 10 to 15 business days will be applied for all back-ordered items. Once the tracking numbers are available, we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If, for some reason, you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 5 to 10 business days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at

Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Type Returns in the subject line, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No Returns accepted if:
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A refund may be rejected due to the item being worn. If the item has been worn, money will not be refunded, and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds: 
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an E-mail at TUNJIAFASHION.INFO@GMAIL.COM.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Due to buyer's remorse, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping will be paid for if the product is defective or otherwise an error in our shop. A shipping label will not be provided. But will be available for you to print. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
